Vacant Lot for Sale in Doubletree Lake Estates!

Why in the world would anybody buy in Doubletree Lake Estates, in Winfield? When we were looking at homes and lots in there, it was as if we were driving down some old bumpy country road. My wife and I seen a few mothers outside watching their children play, (IN THE STREET), so we stopped and commented to them that was pretty dangerous, playing in the middle of the road like that, and their response was, they have no park or designated area to take them to play, like a PARK. We almost called you about a house we were interested in, but after speaking with those women, and them telling us that the property owners won't fix anything, we decided to look elsewhere. We're happy to say we found a beautiful home in Ellendale Farms, and we will be closing in 2 weeks. Thanks to the moms watching their children in the streets.
