The Upper Fulton Park neighborhood of Waterbury, CT is located in the center of the northern half of Waterbury, CT. It lies between the Lakewood, Waterville, Overlook, Crownbrook, and NEWPAC neighborhoods of Waterbury, CT. Formerly considered the Burnt Hill area, the Upper Fulton Park neighborhood takes its name from the historic Fulton Park, which lies at the neighborhood’s southwest corner.
The Upper Fulton Park-Waterbury, CT neighborhood is a primarily residential area. The majority of homes are single family houses, with about a third of the houses being multi-family units mostly scattered along the main arteries of the neighborhood, Hill Street, Cooke Street, and Moran Street. There is a senior citizen housing complex, Nottingham Towers, located at the northwest corner of the Upper Fulton Park-Waterbury, CT neighborhood , and a condo development, Barclay Square, in the upper Hill Street area of the neighborhood.
