RAIN, RAIN, GO AWAY!!!

This is really happening....I have many closings and they all required another quick look by the lender.

The GOOD NEWS is that the weather is about to improve.  The BAD NEWS is it has been so significant that it has caused FEMA to issue a disaster alert and as such is affecting closings.  I had a property that was all set to close today, but now can't because the lender (I heard this is with all lenders) is requiring the appraiser to go check the basement for flooding.  Many counties in MA and RI are affected, and I believe WV as well.  So if you have a property due to close in the next few days, you may want to check in with the lender to make sure you are not affected.  HAPPY SELLING TO YOU ALL1

Hopefully the weather didn't put too much of a damper on your closing.  Best of luck.
