I think so, too!  It's a gorgeous house, just a little over 2 years old, with a barn and shop that were built around the same time.  Great deal and on over 20 acres.

Come on down and check it out (or keep it in mind if anyone you know wants to escape this way)!  It's beautiful in Tennessee!

Thanks for the great comment!

Isn't McNairy County home of Sheriff Buford Pusser of Walking Tall fame?  I believe I went through a couple of times on the way to Corinth, Mississippi.

Is this typical of the prices in "your neck of the woods", Cindy?  I can't believe all that house and land for that price.  Best wishes on a very quick sale for you!

Yes, it is, and yes, if you were going to Corinth, I bet you did pass through.  Small world sometimes, it seems.

And, yes, it is pretty typical.  Land prices are rising, but they are probably very reasonable compared to Indiana.  On the other hand, this property is also priced to sell, so there are several competitors out there with higher prices.  This is a very nice home!

Thanks for the well wishes.  I hope we get a buyer soon!
