Florida Brokers Exam (Preparation)

My view for the last two weeks looked like this:

Florida Brokers Exam

For the last few weeks I have been working and studying. Balancing new listings, pendings, and short sales.

Working on earning my brokers' license. I plan to sit for it soon. They have stepped up the requirements as well as the test questions.

I've researched the stats and only 46% of those who sit for the brokers' exam in Florida pass on their first try. Truly amazing.

Later when I pass I will be writing about it because while I have been studying I have been looking up advice to prepare for the Florida brokers' exam which is lacking.

The material is intense. So is the testing in Florida. It is truly amazing how challenging it's been.

A hui hou *Until next time*

My bet is that the reason those numbers are so low is because unlike you, most think it will be easy and don't even study before trying to take it the first time. When they realize they don't know as much as they thought they did, they study and re-take the exam and pass the second time.

You will make a great broker!

I think the most difficult part is severing the real Real Estate world and the book world.  Since you have already been out there practicing Real Estate some of the questions may be a little harder to answer.  So try to remember to keep that separate in your mind.

I am an Associate Broker in PA, but I would assume Nationally the test is somewhat relative except for the State law questions obviously.
