I am happy to report a higher number of serious buyers this year. I have already sold $15 million in the first quarter compared to last year's $11 million. Market adjustments have also created opportunities with entry-level waterfront properties. Property previously offered above $1M can now be purchased in the $700's. That said, waterfront property prices will range to approaching $30 million.
