I looked up the mls this morning for residential activity in Warminster township, Bucks County, in April 2010. Here is what I found: There were 18 homes that settled in April 2010. Average original list price was $ 304,119 Average sale price was $289,072 The highest sale price was $394,900 The lowest sale price was $135,000 The homes were marketed for an average of 104 days. The sale price does not take seller concessions into consideration. It does not include multi units,commercial property and sale by owners or homes not listed.It is subject to errors and omissions.
