Amen to that.

Maureen -

I can do the mark-up and posting for one of these in about 7-10 minutes each.  But I admit being practiced at it.  Pulling the data for each market area takes about the same amount of time per each, maybe 5-7 minutes.  I sort RMLS for single family homes and manually look through the list for bank and short sales.

Gives me a chance to see what's exited the market in each area as well as providing fodder for the posts.

We do have REO sales:  they're ones I (and RMLS) have labeled "bank-owned" - you're just seeing 0's in this market area.  You would see plenty in my 21 other similar posts per month.

Weird little trend with not having any bank owned homes sold. I guess that means they are finally realizing they can make more selling on a short sale rather than foreclosing.
