Attention Brokers, eBrokerHouse is happy to announce the launch of our complete Virtual Office Solution. As you may know, EBH is an industry leader in management software for real estate professionals. Until now, we have offered a solution exclusively for individual agents to manage their personal business. Now with our Virtual Office Solution, entire offices will be able to come aboard and run their entire operations virtually.

Each agent will get their own personal eBrokerHouse account, while the office Broker will get a "master" account that will allow them to manage their office files, transactions, production, and much more.

In addition to all standard EBH features, the Office Solution will provide the broker with the following abilities:

The ability to manage all office transactions and paperwork. With the EBH Office Solution you will have a complete virtual system for your agents to submit their closing paperwork into the "office" for review and to be paid. As the Broker you or whomever you prefer will be able to access all files you require your agents to turn in. You will be able to review files and communicate back to the agent if anything is missing or needs their attention before paying them or archiving the file. This feature provides a paperless form of management for all your office transactions.

Unlimited storage of office files. With the EBH Office Solution you will also be able to store all of your office's files safely and securely on our servers. There is no extra charge for this service. All of your office files will be stored and able to be accessed at anytime. Why pay high storage costs to other companies to store your files, when you can have unlimited storage included with your EBH Office Solution membership.

The sharing of office forms. Once the Broker's account is activated, a new tab will appear at the top of your home page titled Office Docs. Brokers will be able to upload all office forms and any other documents they would like to share with their office here. This same tab will appear in each agent's account as well so that they may access the office documents. The broker will be the only one able to add, edit or delete office documents.

In depth production statistics. In addition to your personal dashboard overview of your personal stats, brokers will have an additional office dashboard that will allow them to track office production. This includes properties listed, in escrow and closed for the week month and year. Also, you will be able to see sales volume separated by list side and buy side transactions for the current week, month and year.

Track all commissions earned and paid. Brokers, you will be able to track all commissions earned by your brokerage and the commissions you are paying to each agent. You can manage and edit each agent's commission splits and any transaction fees you may charge so that the correct commission amount is always reported to you.

Office communication. There is an office bulletin board/conversation log feature so that you can post important office information to your agents and they can respond to it as well. This works just like the conversation logs that are available within your current individual accounts, but will be located under the office documents tab.
