The homeowners at Silver Ridge had a weekend where they all came together and did a spring clean up in their community. The grounds of this complex are condo which means that a lot of outdoor grounds maintenance is part of your homeowners' fees. Some owners spent added time and money to make the plantings in front of their individual homes current with seasonal flowers, small boulders and added touches.
On Sunday they all meet for a homeowners meeting and enjoyed food and each other's company. There were lots of hand outs and discussions on how to continue efforts to keep the Silver Ridge Community looking fresh and current. A new entry sign is in the works along with some house painting and road work.
This Craftsman Style community is a great place for a second home or vacation home. Currently the developers have two homes that are built and ready for new owners.
