Pitch Sessioons they really do work!

With the market having gone crazy I am seeing more seasoned agents going back to basics.  We are once again hosting Barker's opens, attending pitch sessions, and working our contacts list.  What is really helpful are the pitch sessions.  It is a nice opportunity to not only find out what's hot or not, but allows us as professionals to once again get together and even build a camaraderie.  That sounds silly, but let me tell you what, I ended up getting a referral fee out of one such meeting and these days every little bit helps.  I hope all in this local area will make the effort to join us.  Thanks
