Happy Birthday America
All Americans should take time this weekend to reflect back on how this wonderful country came about. All the blood that has been shed to protect our rights and our freedom. We have our issues for sure, but we are still the best country in the world.
I have not traveled abroad much since the 80's because of all the violence and unrest overseas. When I was in college, I toured Europe and remember to this day how glad I was to return to American soil.
Thank you to all our service men that have served in the past and are serving today. Thank you for leaving your families behind to protect this wonderful country. Thank you for enduring inclement weather,poor living conditions and being without lifes daily comforts.
I am proud to be an American!
