Holding a discussion with a large group of people over email is unbearable not only because of overlapping messages and trying to figure our what is the latest information. Also, important emails can easily be misfiltered and end up in your spam folder or junk email without you ever noticing. Twitter, instant message and even Google Wave don't seem to be the best solution either. Well, I came across this new program that seems promising. It's called Anologue and it lets you start a linear conversation with others in a chat room with its own, unique URL. Only people who have that link can come in and join the conversation so it give you the privacy necessary for discussing important real estate related topics.
