Hi Jim... It's revealing to say the least that almost half the homes that sold in June were distressed sales. Although the numbers for regular sales are up the past 2 months. I love Cottage Grove, it's a nice town. It was a regular stop for me over the past several years when I worked for Ticor and drove down to Roseburg, Grants Pass, Medford, Coos Bay, etc. I hope your market is rebounding.
