Recently I partnered with an agent in the office and I am glad. I had tried a few before, but it can be hard to find an agent to work with who has the same ethics as you. Some agents just complain about how much they have to do, some expect you to do everything, some just whine about you to all the other agents in the office, and we all know how that can destroy an office.
My new partner, Becky, not only do we work well together but we also sing together. We sing in the Sweet Adelines, Cascade Harmony Chorus. We have offered to donate money to our chorus, which is a non-profit for every referral we get and that has turned into a money maker for the chorus and us. I guess you just need to think outside the box sometimes.
