ITS BETTER THAN SEX...........GETTING FEATURED.......well let's talk about it

Okay.......I said it and now I have to address it.....We do not have to say much about the command to be fruitful and multiply......that appears to be working pretty well. But...OHHH those features just make your day and beyond.....

I do not write to be featured.......no...not at all. I enjoy blogging and sharing and of course interacting with my colleagues. It is a very satisfying experience........I am sure we all agree.

Now here is the fun part......you blog, you get responses and you go about your business......all of a sudden, you start getting more and more responses.......could it be? Is it possible? Did I get featured........? Finding that out that way is exciting.

Now, even more exciting is when after you post and get some comments, someone says, congrats on your feature. FEATURE.......I GOT A FEATURE........?

I then do the FEATURE dance.....make miscellaneous joyful noises and then double check everything to make sure...The high of receiving a feature lasts for hours for me. I know this is subjective. I wish you a maximum return on your experience.

Of course, getting featured exposes you to more comment which to me means a chance to meet more of my colleagues and hear their point of view. Very satisfying............again for me.

The commentators add value to the post. Hearing from people in the Real Estate business all across the United States and Canada expressing their point of views bringing humor, opinions, educational perspective and re-enforcing our existing rule & laws in some cases.....is better than taking college educational classes and much cheaper too!

I do not require that we all agree on anything......quite the contrary. I do require that we all come together and participate......make a comment, get known..... and know others........in the end, everyone gets rewarded for their efforts...

Now, as to it being better than sex.......did I say that........?

PEOPLE FIRST...THEN BUSINESS
