This past week, we added 71 new condo, co-op & townhome listings throughout Bergen County, from Fort Lee to Ramsey and everywhere in between. The total amount of “Active” listings is now 1,987 in Bergen County. This is the first time in a while that the total listings actually dropped from the previous week.

The average market time of the sold listings was 118 days. This means that the average amount of days the units that sold last week were on the market from the day they were listed until the day they went “Under Contract” was 118 days.
29 units went to “Under Contract” status last week, which means the buyer's and seller's attorneys ironed out the important points in the contracts. Now, the transactions progress to satisfying the inspection and mortgage contingencies, in most cases.
