After a week long of dieting and not cheating, my husband and I were craving a pizza and heard that The Corner Grille on 806 Pleasant Street, Worcester had some awesome pizza pies. We had gone on a 2-1/2 hour bike ride that morning and thought we earned it, so we ordered a 14" Veggaholic Pie. The pizza pie consisted of mushrooms, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, spinach, green peppers with some ricotta and mozzarella cheese. I think our mouths were watering just ordering it! We also split a Fatoush salad which consisted of romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, olives, feta cheese, pita chips with lemon mint dressing.
Established in 1998, The Corner Grille is opened daily for lunch and dinner. Living in Worcester for the past 6 years, this was our first try at one of Worcester's favorites. Not only is The Corner Grille known for their great pizza pies, but also for their great wraps and various desserts.
Our pizza pie and salad were DELICIOUS, well worth dieting all week for!
