Teaching an old dog new tricks may be difficult indeed if it's a 4 leggeded furry animal with a cold wet nose. But when it comes to people, I'm impressed at how well the older age students do on our final exams. Real Estate seems to be the choice of full time and part time careers for the retired and semi retirees. I especially admire the husband and wife teams that share their career goals together.
