Well we dodged a bullet here in Ocean City Maryland as powerful Hurricane Earl decided to go out to sea just in time. I have to admit I was a little disappointed with the lack luster of the storm, as we really did not receive any winds or measurable rainfall. Really amazing when you consider the media hype leading up to the storm. All and all we are very, very, lucky as things could have turned out much worse! The effects we did receive from our friend Earl, was some great wave activity, which the local surfers loved. Here is a quick video from The Eve of Hurricane Earl.
