At a recent event I held I gave away my book, "Getting Rich is Easy" FREE! Man, that made me feel very good doing that, also it made the people there feel good as well. Actually I believe I had more people there because I gave away something.

In this day and age of seminars giving more than you get is a must! I had the books anyway and if that gets a student closer to feeling like they can do what I'm asking them to do, which is Invest in Commercial Real Estate then it is a small price to pay.

Most of the people who attended were from my Facebook page, which means that social media is working. We also ran ads on a local radio station and didn't receive even one person from that campaign. The other attendees heard about the event from our auto responder emails that we send out to all whom opt-in.

You have to have a system set up and use multi resourses to pull people in to an event, a open house or whatever you are planinng in doing.
