Persistency and perseverance

Recently I had a client make an offer on a property and the disclosure given to us was not correct. The land was actually being sub-divided which we knew but the privacy and layout of the land was going to change drastically. I sat down and spoke with the attorneys and the engineer and after many hours and long conversations I was able to get the lot and the home my clients wanted for a small additional price. They now will have all the privacy they wanted and a lot that is officially sub-divided and they can sell and make a large profit down the road if they decide to.
