It is hard to believe that the holidays are almost here! It feels like the winter of 2009 just ended. With next week being Thanksgiving it is time to think about turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, bread, sauerkraut (my favorite mixed in with my mashed potatoes), and lots of desserts! What kind of turkey do you get fresh or frozen? One of our favorite recipes is apple stuffing! My daughter told me she loves being at home for Thanksgiving dinner because our gravy doesn't "look funny"! I thought that was cute :)
I am wishing everyone a great time planning the big feast!! Celebrate and be thankful for everything we have and that we can do in this wonderful world we live in!
