DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY
The land and building to be included in the Condominium Plan will be known as "The View a Condominium." The Condominium Plan is to be promulgated pursuant to and be governed by the New Jersey Condominium Act (P.L. 1969, c.257, § 1, et seq.;NJ.S.A. 46:8B-1, et seq.) and The Planned Real Estate Development Full Disclosure Act of New Jersey (P.L. 1977, c.419 § 1; et seq.; NJ.S.A. 45:22A-21, et. seq.). The Condominium Plan is intended to convert the ownership of an existing building and the appurtenances thereto to the condominium form of ownership. Construction of the building has been completed, although Sponsor intends to make renovations and improvements to the premises to upgrade the condition and appearance of the Condominium building and the individual units.
One Bedroom Oceanfront Condominium - $139,000. Condo fee $305 per month includes utlilities.
