Open House vs Mall Kiosk

By
Real Estate Agent with CIR REALTY

Opportunity Knocking or just spinning your wheels?  Our company from time to time offers us shifts to do time at a large mall CIR REALTY kiosk.

You spend about 4 to 5 hours at this kiosk location with the potential of meeting leads for the future.  I've read a recent article stating its similar to an "Open House", but with ONE big difference.  You have to pay for the shift to sit there.  On average is can cost about $400.00 per month.   ( you get about 2 shifts per week)

Costs more than any "Open House" that I ever did - other than my time.

Wondering IF anyone has an opinion on this type of advertising and lead generation opportunity?

Or can one spend their hard earned money else where and NOT take up 4 hours.

Let me know -

Hi Terri!  I think there are much easier ways to get leads than sitting at a kiosk.  I also don't think people go to the mall to find a Realtor.  Just my opinion.
