Monday the 6th. Followed up on my Open House which was a decent success despite the miserable winter weather. With 3 unrepresented and qualified buyers the door is open if I do my job right. Also began the long and old-fashioned process of hand-writing notes on my Christmas Card list. No emails here! Far too impersonal for such a meaningful time of year.
Tuesday the 7th. Actually did some shopping today finally! But the marketing plan for the day was a fun one involving my sons (and partners) and I doing our first Holiday pub crawl! We were formerly in the Bar and Restaurant business so we know most of the staff and customers of many of them. It isn't a time to be over-indulging. Rather it is a time to re-connect with folks we know well and continue to develop our sphere for business down the road.
