While we thoroughly enjoy writing about the different neighborhoods here in Solon, Ohio, we find that videos can be even more helpful, especially to those not familiar with the area.

People relocating to the Cleveland area want to learn as much as possible about the different housing in the area, and photos that are available on line don't always reflect the true essence of that home and neighborhood. With that being said, here are some great videos of Solon neighborhoods.

Hi Dan and Amy, I looked at your Youtube page and found your market snapshot videos. What a terrific idea, we never thought about using our market snapshot application as the base for a video market update. Genius! and so helpful to your local buyers/sellers as the data source is from the local MLS, the only reliable database.

Roger - I'm curious to know which home you staged as I probably saw it if it was on the market. I'll be finalizing a date for next month's get together and will let you know shortly.

Cathy - We got the idea from our rep, so can't take total credit for it. I suppose since we all do written market reports, it is a good idea to do video reports and target that audience who prefers watching and listening to reading. Thank you for commenting and enjoy the rest of your weekend.

37365 Cherrybank was the house...........it didn't sell and they just took it off the market. Beautiful home. I believe I invited you to the Brokers Open House that was held, but I didn't see you there.

Roger, I actually saw this house a long time ago when Christine had a broker open. It just dawned on me that I have met her in person at this home. It was a great home, lack of yard and contemporary style made it a tough sell, in my opinion.
