Yep, that is the email I got from a Real Estate agent in Allendale NJ last Week, it was a REMAX agent to be precise, What makes some agents think they actually own the town they choose to do business in? are they trying to intimidate other agents from marketing in the town they are in? do you think that is actually going to work? It may foe some newbies but for me that just make me want to market harder in that particular town.
Last time I checked every agent in NJ can work wherever he or she chooses to. I am sure it won't be the last time someone will try to bully me and you should not let any agent bully you into staying out of an area you choose to do business in, I am not going to mention any names but that agent knows who he is and should really think twice about using these types of tactics. Be a better agent and market better and you won't have to bully other agents.
