We have so much to be thankful for this year. It has been the most successful in our career together. Despite all of the challenges that the real estate market has thrown at us, we have persevered.
While we have worked hard, we have had the opportunity to play hard too! 
We have been lucky to be able to travel to Florida four times. We also got to travel to see my brother in Ohio, the first time Jim has been to Ohio.
We also had a few personal challenges also. Jim had to have major back surgery in December which slowed him down quite a bit.
We want to thank all of our friends, current clients and past clients for their business and their referrals. Referrals are the lifeblood of our business and we received many this year. We appreciate the business and the trust placed with us with the referrals. We will continue with our high level of customer service in 2011. We have some exciting new technologies to add to our marketing arsenal. We are anxious and ready to start 2011 with a bang!
