12.Provide you with updates as often as you like detailing my marketing efforts, including comments from the prospective buyers and agents who have visited your home.

13.OPTIONAL: Create an open house to promote your property to prospective buyers and market the open house online.

14.Create a blog on ActiveRain.com that is picked up by Google, Yahoo and other search engines.

Next comes contract negotiation and proper paperwork, disclosures, addendums, etc with price, occupancy, inspection terms, financing contingencies, appraisal contingencies, personal property included or excluded from the sale, and other various terms.
