I am sure most you here at ActiveRain are familiar with Jeff Turner 
of RealEstateShows.com and his blogs, but have any of you ever seen him speak?
Yesterday, 
invited Jeff back to speak to any agent in town that wanted to learn more about internet marketing. And, by the way the turn out was pathetic. I guess there wont be much competition in Omaha when it comes to internet marketing. Anyway, Jeff introduced us to Web 2.0 and highlighted several of the sites available to help us with our marketing. Obviously NPDodge paid for him to come and speak, however usually when you attend a "FREE" seminar you get sold on something. Not only did Jeff not try to sell us anything, he didn't even talk about RealEstateShows. You can see that the energy he has when he speaks comes from a true passion for what he is doing. It was a very informative seminar, and I hope that NPDodge invites him back because I feel in the 3 hours (he went over his given time but no one even thought about leaving early) we had with him we only scratched the surface.
