I got a call from an out of state investor that owns a duplex in Crawfordsville, IN. He has fallen on some hard times, and would like to get rid of this quickly for what he purchased it for.
Take over payments with 5k down and the property is yours. Purchase price would be $135k
This is a very nice duplex, individual just couldn't manage it properly from out of state.
