Oh my gosh.  What a dramatic difference in forecloser prices compared to what we have here in AZ.  I guess it makes sense with the average purchase price of homes in your neck of the woods.  I used to have a home in Kula when we lived in Hawaii.  Loved it.  You're a lucky person living in Maui and doing the business.  Good luck................Aloha

Yes we are pricey and KULA is very desired, should we be so lucky to recover one day and get back to the beach Aloha ha
