Out of the blue today I decided to check out the 'Usage Stats' that is available in my sister companies AutoAccepter2 software. I wasn't expecting to see anything out of the ordinary, but low and behold something quickly caught my eye that turned out to be very unexpected.
I am not sure if you caught on to exactly what got my attention in the above image so let me see if you pick up on what I am trying to point out. Check out the name of the 'State' on the left hand side of the image above. Look for the word 'Davao del Sur.' After doing a Google search, I found out that someone is using our AA2 software in the Philippines. So at least one BPO/REO agent has decided to outsource this work to someone in the Philippines and they are grabbing orders for someone in the U.S. That's a first for us! Now we have proof that people are paid to handle this side of people's BPO business.
We highly recommend that agents and brokers empower themselves by keeping on top of their local real estate market.
