Well in Bear, Delaware today, we have a day of nothing but rain. Rain Rain Rain. The rain always puts people in a bad mood it seems like. For me, I can always feel when it is raining outside because of the drastic pressure change I feel in my joints. Unfortunately, it is only pain! There are some other things I don't like about rain too. I hate that some people don't seem to understand that rain makes driving more dangerous - the opposite is true as well. Rain does not mean you need to drive at 15 mph everywhere you go.
There are great things about the rain though, don't get me wrong! It's these April showers that push spring along to the beautiful weather of Summer! It also helps cool us off after long stretches of heat which is always welcome when it gets just too hot outside! I'm also really glad when it is just rain and not snow! The rain also tends to make people more productive indoors, since there is no longing to just be outside in the great weather.
However - it does tend to slow down home showings in my experience. How about in yours? Do people cancel seeing homes on you when it is just raining outside?
