US Goverment Moves To Thwart States' Attempts To Bring Criminal Banking Enterprises To Justice - Sarasota & Manatee County Short Sale Help!

In a strategic move designed to keep campaign funds and political payoffs flowing to federal politicians, Business Week is reporting, "The foreclosure-abuse settlements announced yesterday by federal regulators may make it harder for state attorneys general . . . to force banks to reduce loan balances for more troubled homeowners."

Successful Short Sale - SaraMana Properties - FloridaThe proof is undeniable that the bankers and the Feds DO NOT CARE about homeowners facing foreclosure! If they did, they would allow the individual states to prosecute, indict, fine, and imprison the criminal king-pins heading up the nation's largest criminal banking syndicates.

Instead, federal regulators are rushing to erect a framework of weak and ineffective reforms in order to block the states from pursuing legitimate efforts at stripping bankers of the stolen assets they've accumulated off of the backs of American taxpayers and homeowners.

The bankers are NOT on your side and they will continue to lie and cheat you out of house and home -- literally!

If you are facing foreclosure you MUST seek the services of a competent, professional, preForeclosure Assistance Team.

The SaraMana preForeclosure & Short Sale Assistance Team helps Property Owners in Sarasota, Lakewood Ranch, Bradenton, Venice and throughout Manatee & Sarasota Counties Florida to STOP Foreclosure, potentially Avoid Deficiency Judgments, and Successfully Short Sale their homes and move on with their lives.

I think it's a little too late for the banking. The vast majority of the banking system has flushed out the garbage over the past 3yrs. I think oversite is great but a witch hunt is just going to make this whole mess drag on even longer.

@John: Such comments are exactly the type of illogical propaganda that the criminal banking syndicates would like to dupe the American people into believing.

The fact is that MASSIVE CRIMES have occurred. It is NOT a "witch-hunt" to go after legitimate and known criminals.

At least 90% of boards of directors and senior executives of the criminal banking syndicates either sanctioned, or directly participated in widespread fraud that brought about the virtual collapse of the US housing market. Estimates range from 30%-60% of ALL lower level employees of the criminal banking syndicates were also complicit in fraudulent activities.

By any notion of justice, tens-of-thousands of legitimate, bona-fide criminals need to be prosecuted, stripped of all ill-gotten assets, and imprisoned.

Anything less is a gross injustice, and a moral outrage.

If we prosecute all the fat-cat bankers and put them in jail, who is going to run the fat-cat banks that provide mortgages and loans to small businesses? Anyone who takes a fat-cat job becomes, themselves, a fat cat. It’s not the fat-cat bankers who are at fault, it’s the system.

@Russel: Scum is scum. I am not and will never be scum. I live in this scummy system, yet choose not to be scum. Those who condone scum are no better than scum.

I will not lower my standards in order to appear to "go along to get along." That is what they said in Stalin era Russia and Nazi era Germany. That is what they said in the south as innocents were lynched for nothing more than the color of their skin.

It is a dangerous attitude that you present and I pray to God that there are stronger men and women whom are willing to stand up for the principles of justice, equal opportunity, and fairness.
