There is still plenty of snow up at the higher elevations for the temps reached 75 today in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. This means major melting and swollen rivers.
These condos at the base of Loon Mountain are typically 100 feet or more away from the water but spring means flirting a bit with the raising river levels. The Fog is eating up the snow quickly and the Kayaks have already jumped on the white water created by the fast melt.
