DOUBLE FEATURE - PRESENTING TWO OPEN HOUSES IN THE SAME DAY

Ok, yes - I'm sure there are tons of agents out there who have done this. BUT I haven't done a back to back in a long time.

BUT I LOVE A CHALLENGE and what the heck - SATURDAY is going to be a wonderful day.

11am to 2pm - sign repositioning time 3pm to 6pm - OPEN HOUSES -

26 Thornleigh Way - Airdrie, Alberta - 15 minutes from Calgary - 11am to 2pm

1815 Meadowbrook Gate - Airdrie, Alberta - 15 minutes from Calgary - 3pm to 6pm

Back to Back "Open Houses" one way to keep me off the streets - that could be a good thing

If you ever have someone available to help you, try opening up multiple houses at the same time. Ensure one is priced a little higher than the other and that they are close to each other. This way you are able to direct people coming in to the other house. I find it is harder to get people to come back to the other house later in the day, but have had tremendous success when holding open houses at the same time. Good Luck!!
