I agree with you, The house was purchased in June, 06 for $181,000, now asking for $185,000. How is that a short sale?
We just had a real estate speculation Orgies in Tallahassee, How the bubble finally bursted, prices are heading for a hard fall, it will take years, I expct prices to fall for the next 5 years.
Comparable Homes in Jacksonville and Atlanta are 30%-40% cheaper
