Warrington Township, Bucks County, Real Estate Market report May 2011.

I looked up the mls for Residential listings that sold in May 2011. This is what I found:

There were 14 homes that sold in May 2011.

The average original price of these homes was $314,157

The average last list price of these was $292,700

The average sale price was $276,993

Highest sale price was $495,000

Lowest sale price was 72,500

The average number of days the homes were marketed was 133

The above does not include commercial, multi units and sale by owner and homes not listed.It is subject to errors and omissions.
