Active Adult communities are selling in Central Bucks.

I am working with clients looking for a home in  an Active Adult community in the area.

I had scheduled appointments for 7 homes. I found out at the last minute that three of the homes went under contract so showings were cancelled. We were an hour early for an appointment so I called the showing desk and asked if we could see it. They requested us to wait in the car for few minutes and then let us in..

The house showed beautiful and had lots of upgrades and it is on the list of possibilities for my clients. if the sellers would not have allowed the showing my clients would have not waited around for an hour. They would come another day possibly but they are looking in different areas next time so I do not know when they would have come here.

If your home is on the market for sale in Bucks County, please have it ready for showings on short notice if possible. The person who looks at the home may be the one who will buy your house.
