Glastonbury Edmonton Real Estate (Grange and Parkland)
The Glastonbury Edmonton real estate average sales price per square foot in the 2nd quarter of 2011 has moved closer to the overall Edmonton average selling price per square foot. Glastonbury has a weak second half in 2010, it will be interesting to see if this pattern repeats itself in the second half of 2011. The average days on market in Glastonbury this past quarter was only 27 days, which is much quicker than the Edmonton average time to sell of 42 days. The highest sale price recorded this quarter in the Grange and Parkland was $827,000.
