I was checking out my email and surprise... I had been meme'd! Me, I thought... Yep, it was me. My friend Dionne had nominated me for a MEMEME. How sweet of her to think of me! I pondered this over wondering what I should tell about me, there are so many things to say after all. LOL! Well... actually maybe there aren't so many things to tell but I just like to talk. Kind of funny since...
I used to be a very shy growing up! Seems funny because that is certainly not the way one would describe me now. Guess I kind of came out of my shell. Paths we travel through life has a way of changing us and helping us to grow. Goes to show that you can't predict how the shy little girl in your class may turn out. I remember shortly after joining my Real Estate Company, I was talking to a guy at my office that I went to school with. He told me that when someone told him that I had interviewed & asked if he remembered me... he said "yes, she was a quiet girl". The guy just looked at him, laughed and said..." Not anymore!!"
I LOVE books and it really doesn't matter what kind. Books about self help, sci-fi, art, gardening, romance, health, religion, basket weaving, recipe books, you name it... I may have one. I plan on including a large library in my next home. I also love reading magazines of many sorts as well ranging from Entrepreneur and Inc all the way to Taste of Home. At least I am well rounded. :)
When I have time to myself, which is not often I might add... I really like to work on my scrapbooks, practice my photography, draw & paint, go to the movies, garden, read- of course, play with my puppy, find new ways to decorate my house, surf on the Internet, write, blog, design sales materials... too many things to list here.
My favorite kind of food is Italian, I like breads better than dessert, my favorite time of the year is autumn & my favorite color is purple... I also don't care at all for breakfast foods unless it is Cocoa Pebbles or French Toast. Pizza is good cold for breakfast!
My favorite Bible verse is: Matt. 17:20 "If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you." I believe that a little faith can go a long way! My dad taught me to believe in myself too and that I can do anything I set my mind to... I usually do. Thanks, Dad!
Ok... my nominees for MEME's are: Nicolette Ceballos, Kathleen Lordbock, and Keith Elliot Jr.
Let's hear your MEME's!
