Let's Show the World What's Possible! 

I'm very excited to be participating in a 'good-news-only' blogging contest here on Active Rain.  Peter and Linda Pfann have initiated this challenge because they understand the importance of creating a wave of good news to counter act "the insanity of media's love affair with reporting drama, panic, fear..." 

We all know that a steady diet of doubt and fear only serves to frighten the general public.  People become paralyzed when they're scared and doing nothing is never going to solve the economic challenges we are facing. 

Mr. and Mrs. Pfanntastic have been kind enough to remind us that NOW is the perfect time to UNITE and offer our insights and constructive contributions towards finding opportunities, offering solutions, and creating bridges between opposing views.  Perhaps we CAN create our own "economic stimulus" with a steady stream of help, hope, inspiration and encouragement. It's certainly worth a try.
