Over the years in my real estate career I have come across printed material that has been useful in different areas.  Realizing early on that an Unrepresented Seller (also known as a FSBO) was a very warm market, I started gleaning bits and pieces from here and there, writing and adding my own copy, and I assembled them into a 23 page booklet that I present to Unrepresented Sellers at opportune times.
