The newest outdoor shopping mall in the region has just opened the doors of its first and largest tenant.  J.C. Penny is the first to open is the brand new 950,000 square foot Hamilton Town Center located off exit 10 at I-69 in Noblesville.  The mall is set to be fully open in 2008 and is another illustration of Hamilton County’s growth explosion.  Hamilton County is the nation’s 18th fastest growing county.

When complete, the mall will have an impressive list of tenants including: Dick’s sporting goods, Old Navy, Borders, Victoria’s Secret, Banana Republic, Ann Taylor Loft, Bed Bath and Beyond, and many many more.

The Hamilton Town Center is just one outcome of the newly opened I-69 exit 10 development.  Recently, 146th street was opened connecting I-69 all the way to Cumberland Road and adds a new corridor for businesses and residents alike.  In addition to the Hamilton Town Center, Noblesville real estate and Fishers real estate are poised to see a very positive impact from the addition of this new road.  Saxony as well as the upcoming Noblesville Corporate Campus will now have much easier access to I-69 and this can only serve to propagate the demand for Hamilton County real estate.

If you would like to take advantage now and are considering a home in Hamilton County please visit our Noblesville Homes or Fishers Homes website for more information.
