Chatham Township NJ is 15th in the top 100 Towns to Live according to NJ Monthly Magazine.  With just over 10,000  residents, Chatham is also very desirable and popular with families and New York commuters who prize a good public school system and a friendly community.

In the last 12 months 172 homes have sold in Chatham, compared to 148 in the prior 12 months for a total of $124 million.   16% more sales than last year!

 AND, we have a lot less inventory in Chatham this year.  Last year at this time, there were 82 homes for sale, now there are only 59.  That's a drop of 25% in inventory of homes in Chatham NJ.
