3.       Exposure

This is less than a third of the available sites online. Your listing must be EVERYWHERE in order to get seen.

4.       Regular Photo Updates

Montana is a place of seasons. Capturing that is a skill and a something that needs to be worked on regularly. Consistency takes time, but it is so valuable that it cannot be pushed aside. With as visual as society is, pictures, many of them! Can draw a buyer in.

Having someone who knows your listing and the specific market it is in is essential to knowing how and where to put it online and in print. Seeing a listing that boasts of 3 bedrooms and 3 baths really doesn’t jump off the page at you but seeing something that reads MADE TO BE ENERGY EFFIECENT AND HANDLES MONTANA WINTERS WITH EXTREMELY LOW COSTS—just maybe that will grab someone’s eye.

6.       Market Knowledge

Agents should know the market, but just as imperative, agents should help you learn the market your listing is in. This is not a process separated from you—the seller.
