This is so sad.  It really bothers me to think that people would think so little of a living animal.  I am such a cat lover, that I too will donate a $25 certificate to pet smart or Petco to help this beautiful cat out.  He needs more than just peanut butter and cornflakes.  He needs a nice owner that will love him.  Please help spread the word.

Reaching out to see if we can get this done! :)

I have a landlord client in Worcester that is cleaning up after some tenants who just moved out.  It was been discovered that they left behind a one year old male, unfixed, cat.  He is very friendly and scared.  Currently dining on peanut butter and cornflakes.  We have called many shelters and they are full.

Transportation can be arranged and the landlord will put in a $25 gift card to Pet Smart for the person who will give the cat a home.  No charge for the cat.  Can you help?

I've left a comment on Amy's blog also. I think the landlord is doing a wonderful thing by trying to find this poor creature a home. He didn't ask for this fate. I hope we get an update with a happy ending to this story.

Pam, this breaks my heart. I volunteer with a local rescue group in my area and we see this all the time. Search the web for a rescue group in your area and see if they can help. Failing that use Craig's list. My group has helped people who posted there as well. I will keep a good thought for this special cat, who is beautiful, and hope that you find it a home soon.

Wish I could take him, he looks a lot like my female cat Lazer.  But she would not do well with a newbie. Dry Purina Salmon and Tuna cat food would be cheaper and much better for him than Peanut butter.  I will spread the word thru my channels. Please let us know how this turns out.

Hi Pam.  How cruel people can be.  Special place in hell for that person.
