The latter would be those units located at the upper floors of the posh Ritz Carlton Sarasota Hotel, while the former would be those at the exclusively residential Ritz Carlton Sarasota Towers. These properties were developed in 2001–2003 and the architectural designs of their buildings exude the elegance and finesse characteristic of luxurious condo communities.
All told, there are 130 condo units under the Ritz-Carlton banner. The manifold of amenities available to the condo residents here are splendid. Their in-house fitness center, for instance, has state-of-the-art equipment. There’s a day spa too and an elegant outdoor swimming pool. The poolside bar here offers superb wining and dining experience. Additionally, they are privileged with the use of The Lounge, a private dining room good for up to forty persons.
The latter comes to those who have sealed a deal on a Ritz-Carlton condo and also exercised the option to be a member of an exclusive club that offers still more privileges. This Ritz Carlton Club, in addition, entitles its members to private concierge and valet parking services. They also have access to the Ritz Carlton’s Lakewood Ranch golf links and to a Lido Key private beach club.
But even without a club membership, there are multiple alternatives for recreation, as well as shopping and dining, in the immediate vicinity of the condo residences. Among these are the local centers of culture, like the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, and chic commercial districts, such as the St. Armands Circle which is only five minutes away from the Ritz-Carlton residences.
